Africa XYZ is embarking on the ambitious journey of establishing the world"s largest Pan-African Investment bank. This monumental endeavor will be structured around a network of 12 regional managers, each overseeing a specific geographical region: East Africa, West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, MENA, Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania. Within this framework, our dedicated regional managers (RMs) will be tasked with the responsibility of managing Consultants within their respective regions. Our goal is to appoint an average of 5 consultants per country, resulting in a total of 1,000 positions worldwide. The pivotal role of our Consultants will revolve around providing steadfast support to companies throughout every step of their journey, including ideation, registration, and beyond. 1- Regional Managers

Position Overview:

As a Future Executive at Africa XYZ, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower the top 1% of entrepreneurs worldwide. You will work closely with a select group of professionals to oversee and guide our team of 1,000 Consultants deployed across 195 countries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Project/Program Managers and Regional Managers to set strategic goals and objectives.
• Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our Consultants and the entrepreneurs they support.
• Contributing to the development of innovative strategies to connect companies with investors effectively.
• Continuously monitoring progress, making data-driven decisions, and adapting strategies as needed.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position (of RM) will be a minimum of $2,500 per month, with additional housing subsidies based on your past practical experience.

Application Process and Time Commitment:

You will be joining a team of 12 people across Africa, Europe, and America. The work will be done remotely, and the job will span the next 90 days, divided into 30 days for job announcement and marketing strategies, 30 days for CV sorting, and 30 days for job interviews and selection. During the first 30 days, your role, alongside that of your teammates, will be to either design all the strategies to market the job post mentioned below or to use the database that we will provide to you to reach out to potential candidates. The goal is to receive up to 2,000 applications from which we can select the best candidates. Without a substantial number of applicants (around 2,000 applications), we won"t be able to proceed, and your time commitment may reduce to just a few hours per week for the month of October. This is a standalone team, with the goal of identifying the future executives of Africa XYZ around the world. While no specific training will be provided for this position, we expect candidates to have relevant skills and experience. We encourage you to demonstrate leadership, initiative, and hard work to make the project successful and potentially earn promotions.

2- Consultants

We are currently in the process of recruiting 1,000 consultants worldwide within the next 90 days. These consultants will operate across 195 countries around the world to assist the top 1% of entrepreneurs we support in their growth and expansion efforts.

Skills Requirements:

Successful business setup requires a deep understanding of local regulations, market dynamics, and legal procedures. Consultants should be capable of providing guidance at every step of the process, from business ideation to registration and growth. If you are aware that you do not meet the job qualifications, we kindly request that you refrain from applying, as your application will more likely be rejected. For those selected, there will be an opportunity to choose the country in which they wish to operate, provided they are proficient in the official language of that country and are familiar with the local business environment.

The hourly rate for a Junior consultant will be a minimum of $25 per hour, with additional bonuses based on effective achievements. The job will be project-based and result-oriented, not necessarily full-time. For example, if you are a consultant helping a company set up operations in South Africa or any other country, you won"t be evaluated based on the number of hours you spend at the office or in front of your computer. Instead, your performance will be assessed based on your ability to complete tasks such as "registering the company on time." Whether you spend 2 hours or 20 hours on the task, the focus is on achieving the desired results.

3- Project/Program Managers

Any consultant that performs well can apply or be promoted to the position of Project/Program Manager. This position will be full-time. The monthly salary for a Junior-entry position will be a minimum of $1,000, with additional housing benefits based on effective experience.
