Africa XYZ is embarking on the ambitious journey of establishing the world"s largest Pan-African Investment bank. This monumental endeavor will be structured around a network of 12 regional managers, each overseeing a specific geographical region: East Africa, West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa, MENA, Europe, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania. Within this framework, our dedicated regional managers (RMs) will be tasked with the responsibility of managing Consultants within their respective regions. Our goal is to appoint an average of 5 consultants per country, resulting in a total of 1,000 positions worldwide. The pivotal role of our Consultants will revolve around providing steadfast support to companies throughout every step of their journey, including ideation, registration, and beyond. 1- Regional Managers

Position Overview:

As a Future Executive at Africa XYZ, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower the top 1% of entrepreneurs worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Project/Program Managers and Regional Managers to set strategic goals and objectives.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our Consultants and the entrepreneurs they support.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative strategies to connect companies with investors effectively.
  • Continuously monitoring progress, making data-driven decisions, and adapting strategies as needed.

Opportunities for Growth:

Successful performance as a Future Executive may lead to opportunities for advancement within Africa XYZ. Depending on your individual and team performance, you may have the chance to step into executive positions such as Regional Manager or Project/Program Manager*

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position (of RM) will be a minimum of $2,500 per month, with additional housing subsidies based on your past practical experience.

You will be joining a team of 12 people across Africa, Europe, and America. The work will be done remotely, and the job will span the next 90 days, divided into 30 days for job announcement and marketing strategies, 30 days for CV sorting, and 30 days for job interviews and selection...

Note: The testing phase, spanning from days 30 to 90, will not be remunerated. Success in this phase will lead to your hiring as mentioned above.

2- Consultants


We are currently in the process of recruiting 1,000 consultants worldwide within the next 2 years. These consultants will operate across 120+ countries around the world to assist the top 1% of entrepreneurs we support in their growth and expansion efforts.

Skills Requirements:

The hourly rate for a Junior consultant will be a minimum of $25 per hour, with additional bonuses based on effective achievements. The job will be project-based and result-oriented, not necessarily full-time...

3- Project/Program Managers


Any consultant that performs well can apply or be promoted to the position of Project/Program Manager. This position will be full-time. The monthly salary for a Junior-entry position will be a minimum of $1,000, with additional housing benefits based on effective experience.
